Things aren't always ok in the tech community, and when victims of harassment, bullying, other awful behavior and even sexual or physical assault are brave enough to come forward and speak publicly, some people just randomly assume they're lying. Ignorance might be bliss for some, but we can do better.

Accepting that things are not ok is step one. Maybe this shirt will do that for a few people, maybe not, but 20% of proceeds from this collection will be going to Girls Who Code either way.
